WEB DESIGN

Introduction

In this unit you will explore and analyse a number of existing websites. You will learn to distinguish effective sites from poor ones, and you will discuss the design features that make a site easy to use.

You will have the opportunity to design and build a website for a client. In the process you will learn a number of skills that could be useful at work. In many small businesses, developing and maintaining the website is just one of several duties carried out by a member of staff.
